Elite Girls/Women's Camp

Service Description

Our Elite Girls Skills Camp (Girls Only) is open to all Junior aged girls. This camp will focus on powerskating, full ice high intensity drills, elite level edgework, skating, stickhandling, shooting and will feature a full ice scrimmage on the final day. Our off ice program will consist of Snipers Den, Gym, Games and NHL Sense Arena VR Training located inside Vindico Arena, in our state of the art training facility! Daily Schedule : Saturday August 16 8:15 - 8:30 am - Arrive 8:30 - 9:00 am - Warm up 9:30 - 11:30 am - On Ice 11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 12:30 pm). 12:30 pm - 3:15pm - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games, Speed + Agility) 4:00 - 5:00 pm - On Ice 5:00 pm - Free to leave Sunday August 17 Saturday August 16 8:15 - 8:30 am - Arrive 8:30 - 9:00 am - Warm up 9:30 - 11:30 am - On Ice 11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar.
