Our Adult Rec Skills Sessions are open to all Rec players. Each session will focus on developing proper skating, shooting, stickhandling and passing techniques.
Each player will receive professional coaching and feedback from our experienced coaching staff. Each session will be 1 hour and booked in blocks of 4. Players will be put in groups based on ability.
