Cardiff Pre Season Prep Camp

Service Description

Our Pre Season Prep Camp is open to all junior aged players. This is a full day camp that will focus on preparing your hockey player for the upcoming season through elite level passing, battle + compete, stickhandling and shooting. Our off ice program will consist of Snipers Den, Gym, Speed and Agility, Games and Sense Arena VR Training located inside our state of the art training facility at Vindico Arena! DAILY SCHEDULE : Wednesday August 27 8:00 - 8:15 am - Arrive 8:45 - 9:45 am - On Ice 10:00 - 12:30 pm - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games, Speed + Agility) 12:30 - 1:30 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 1:30 pm). 1:30 - 2:30 pm - Games 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm - On Ice 4:15 pm - Free to leave Thursday August 28 8:00 - 8:15 am - Arrive 8:45 - 9:45 am - On Ice 10:00 - 12:30 pm - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games, Speed + Agility) 12:30 - 1:30 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar.
