Service Description

Our Elite Defenceman Camp is designed for experienced players looking to take their game to the next level through advanced technical, tactical, and situational development. This high-performance program will focus on the key elements required to succeed as an elite defenceman, including: * Breakout execution * Gap control * Decision-making under pressure * Positional awareness and defensive structure * Puck retrievals * Blue line movement and shooting * Angling and stick positioning In addition to on-ice development, players will participate in a comprehensive off-ice training program at our state-of-the-art facility inside Vindico Arena. The off-ice component will begin with a detailed video session focused on defensive positioning, tactics, and hockey IQ, followed by: * Snipers Den shooting development * Strength and conditioning sessions * Speed and agility training * Competitive games and team activities * Sense Arena VR cognitive and situational training This camp is built to provide defencemen with the tools, habits, and understanding needed to perform at a higher level in today’s fast-paced game. DAILY SCHEDULE : 7:45 am - Arrive 8:15 - 10:15 am - On Ice 10:15 - 10:45 am - Snack / Off ice preparation 10:45 - 11:15 am - Video Session 11:15 - 12:00 pm - Yoga 12:00 - 12:30 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 12:30 pm). 12:30 - 3:00 - Off-Ice 3:30 - 4:30 pm - On-Ice 4:30 pm - Free to leave
